The Home Depot Fall DIY Workshop- Save the Date
/I can't believe I'm using the word "Fall" already in a post title! I hate to be one of those bloggers that jumps the gun on seasons but it's just around the corner. Crazy! I'm a big fan of Fall but I'm also a big fan of Summer. I'm always sad to see those warm temperatures and long days go. I am, however, very excited about our project for the Fall DIY Workshop with The Home Depot.

What: Learn how to build your very own hanging planter at The Home Depot Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Workshop. (It's free!)
When: Saturday, September 12th from 10:00-11:30am.
Where: The Home Depot nearest you! Nate and I will be attending at the Bettendorf, IA location (920 Middle Road)... if I'm not in labor.

For this workshop, Nate will be walking you through the steps to build a hanging planter. We actually finished our take on the project this past weekend and I'm so excited to share it with you all in a couple of weeks. It's quite darling and I think we might need a few more. It's perfect for hanging those Fall mums! (I'm sorry for using the "F" word again.)
New to the DIY Workshops? The Home Depot offers free workshops for do-it-yourselfers of all ages and experience levels. These DIY Workshops are great for anyone who wants to learn how to take on more of their home projects and upgrades. The workshops cover topics ranging from how to tile surfaces to gardening and deck staining. Just to name a few! The nice thing about these workshops is that there is plenty of time for questions! Did I mention they are free?
Nate and I will be attending at the Bettendorf, Iowa location if I'm not in active labor. It's five days from our due date so you just never know. If we haven't had the baby, it'll be your chance to watch me compete for the Guinness Book of World Records for largest belly. Not local? No worries! The workshops will be held at your local The Home Depot and I'll be sharing on Instagram and Facebook! All you need to do is register!
